Our agency was established in 1978 in San Mateo. We are a family owned business and have assisted individuals and business improved the security of their lives with solutions that meet their needs.

Janice Gough, president of our agency, has earned many awards in the industry; however other industry professional's gave her the one that she is most proud of. In 2001, she was awarded the prestigious honor of "Professional of the Year".

Janice Gough has served on advisory boards of Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and Kaiser and has served as President of The Peninsula Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Janice is a Certified Senior Advisor and works with Seniors.

In 1985, we added the Employee Benefits Division of Gough Insurance & Financial Services. Today, Janice brings with her a culmination of knowledge to help employers find plans that attract and retain talented employees. She, along with her associates, also provides counseling on retirement and estate analysis. Our Employee Benefits Division design plans to attract and retain talented employees.
